1. Main properties and structural characteristics:

①.PLC efficient automatic computer control program, pneumatic action operation, automatic disinfection, punching, seed injection, seed pushing, leveling, bagging, and the whole process of simulation to complete the vaccination operation manually.

②. Replace manual vaccination work, 4 holes on one side, the amount of bacteria and the size of the hole can be adjusted; intelligent detection, fault alarm, automatic repair of operation faults, manual programming, high degree of visualization; 100-level purification device, ultraviolet and ozone double disinfection method;

③. By replacing the chain disc, 2 to 3 kinds of adjacent specifications of mushroom sticks can be connected to achieve multiple uses in one machine. High production efficiency, low labor intensity, and high inoculation accuracy

④. The device itself is equipped with FFU 100-level laminar flow hood, ozone and ultraviolet lamp, which is thoroughly sterilized, reasonable in structure and stable in performance.
